Martina Höök

Meselefors’ pride Martina is a girl with an iron will. Out on the racecourse she pushes the team and makes sure everyone eats, usually some moose jerky or tough bickies.

Cross country skiing and biathlon was Martina’s focus until she came across multisport in 2005. Martina has competed in ski alpinism and is also a useful ice skater. After countless years of study in Umeå she now lives in Östersund where she works at the winter sport centre testing elite athletes by pushing them to their extreme limits to work out better training methods. Music from the pedal organ and flute can sometimes be heard from Martina’s house.
