Adventure racing Team Silva is new from season 2011. Anyway, the team itself is far from new... All team members have been racing together before. That team was formed by some of the current Silva teammembers in year 2002. Today, year 2011 we still consider us being young and promising...Best achivements, this far, are 3rd places on the World Champs (ARWC) 2006 and 2009, 2nd place at Raid Series 2005, 2nd place Bimbache 2006 and 4th place in Abu Dhabi 2009.

Team Silva at Patrouille des Glaciers
On April 25-28 the multisport team Team Silva will participate in the ski mountaineering race Patrouille des Glaciers which is organized by the Swiss Armed Forces every second year. Both military and civilian teams compete in the race that has a huge organization and strong traditions from beginning to end. Around 1500 three member patrols from all over the world will go 53 km from Zermatt to Arolla to Verbier.

Team Silva tells their story about Adventure Racing World Championship 2011
It was the closest championship ever with the 3 leading teams separated by just 1 1/2 hours after 5 1/2 days of racing.

Victory in Icebug 24!
Silva Gerber Adventure with Aaron Prince and Mattias Nyström won despite tough competition from the Czech team "Hannah" and the Russian team KAHT-Omega.

Victory in the Alpine Expedition Race!
The inaugural APEX Alpine Expedition Race took part in the beautiful Swiss mountains around Interlaken. Silver Gerber were on the start line with Björn Rydvall, Josefina Wikberg, Mattias Nyström and Aaron Prince.
