Silva ex-ped Pulse is a wrist pedometer that will appeal to people who don’t want to carry an external pedometer for everyday exercise or when training. The ex-ped Pulse replaces your ordinary watch but is also effective tracks how active you are, whether you go for gentle strolls or fast runs. A simple display shows the number of steps, distance and speed, providing direct feedback while exercising. The ex-ped Pulse has a pulse monitor in addition to its other functions. Simply place a finger on a sensor to measure heart rate.
