Silva has 14 days of open purchase within the UK. If you want to make a return or exchange, use the return form that was sent with your order. If, for some reason, you have not received or lost the form, you can download a new one from here. We will confirm your return to the email address you indicated with your order.
Silva handles all returns as quickly as possible, but no later than 30 days after we receive it to our warehouse. As soon as your return is received and processed, we will contact you.
In the event of a return, you are responsible for the package, so it is important that the product cannot be damaged during transport. In order for a full refund to be made, the goods must be unused and returned in undamaged original packaging, all labels should remain in place and manuals should be included. It is important that the outside protecting box is used and that tape or other material is not pasted on the original packaging.
We handle exchanges as a return and a new purchase; You send back the product you do not want to keep and order a new one via our website.
How to return a product:
1. Fill in the return form according to the instructions given. It is attached with your order and available for download on our website.
2. Make sure that the product you wish to return is returned in the undamaged original packaging.
3. Put the product in its packaging and in the same package it was delivered in.
4. Seal the package properly.
5. Mark the package with customer return and sender.

Silva will contact you as soon as we handle your return. Refunds are made directly to the account you used when paying via Klarna Checkout (se § 9). The customer pays for the shipping of the return.
Payment on returns
Once your return has been received, processed and approved by us, the refund will be made via Klarna. If you have chosen to pay by invoice, we recommend that you pay the invoice or contact Klarna to extend the payment time, in order to avoid the risk of unnecessary reminder fees
