All our deliveries within the UK are made with Postnord which means that the package comes to Postnord’s agent, for example a grocery store or other pickup point in your place of residence. When ordering over £75, there is no shipping fee. At order values below £75, a shipping fee of £6 is charged.
If you provided details of your email address and/or mobile number at your order, you will receive information about the package ID sent to you as soon as the item is received for your delivery.
Once the package arrives at the pickup point, an invoice will be sent to you. If you entered your phone number when ordering, you will receive an arrival message via text message. If you are resident in the UK and we have the products you wish to order in stock, the delivery time is 2-4 working days, with the reservation that the delivery time can be longer in individual cases. If your order is delayed for any reason, we will contact you. You are always entitled to cancel your purchase with us in the event of a delay in delivery
After the package is delivered to the Post’s agent, it remains for about 7 days. For questions about your package, please contact email@example.com and we will help you further.
Packages that are not collected
We reserve the right to charge the customer a fee for packages that have not been collected. The fee (£6) refers to the cost of return shipping, handling fees and handling costs.
