Silva warrants that, for a period of two (2) years, your Silva Headlamp will be substantially free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Silva warrants that, for a period of two (2) years, your Silva Battery will be substantially free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Silva warrants that, for a period of five (5) years, your Silva Compass will be substantially free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Silva’s liability under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing the product. This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser. If the product proves defective during the warranty period please contact the original place of purchase.

Sweden

Varan du köper av oss ska vara felfri vid leverans. Skulle produkten du fått hem ha en defekt bör det anmälas till oss inom 14 dagar från det att du mottagit leveransen. 

Som konsument har du enligt lag rätt att reklamera i upp till tre år från köpet, dock inom skälig tid (två månader) från att fel upptäckts. Kontakta oss på order@silva.se för en snabbare hantering och uppge ditt fullständiga namn, ditt order-/ kvittonummer, en kortfattad beskrivning av orsak till reklamation, en bild på skadan om detta är möjligt samt dina kontaktuppgifter (telefonnummer och e-postadress).

Vid reklamation står Silva för fraktkostnader, det är därför viktigt att använda sig av frakthandlingar som skickas från Silva. Produkten/-er som återsändes mot postförskott eller efterkrav utlöses inte av Silva.

Norway

Produktene du kjøper fra oss skal være feilfrie ved levering. Skulle produktet du bestiller ha en feil, skal vi bli varslet om det innen 14 dager etter mottak av leveransen.

Som forbruker har du lov til å klage på opptil fem år fra kjøpet, men innen rimelig tid (to måneder) når feilen oppdages. Kontakt oss på order@silva.se for raskere håndtering. Oppgi ditt fulle navn, bestillings-/kvitteringsnummer, en kort beskrivelse av årsak til klagen, et bilde av skaden om mulig og kontaktinformasjonen din (telefonnummer og e-postadresse).

I slike tilfeller er Silva ansvarlig for fraktkostnader, derfor er det viktig å bruke frakt dokumenter sendt fra Silva.

United Kingdom

The products you buy from us should be faultless upon delivery. Should the product you get home have a defect, it should be notified to us within 14 days of receiving the delivery. As a consumer, you are legally entitled to make a complaint for up to six years from the purchase, but within a reasonable time (two months) from when the defect is detected. Contact us at order(at)Silva.se for a faster handling and provide your full name, your order/receipt number, a brief description of the reason for the complaint, a picture of the damage if possible and your contact details (telephone number and Email address).

In this cases, Silva is responsible for shipping costs, which is why it is important to use freight documents sent from Silva. The product(s) that were returned against cash on delivery or cod are not triggered by Silva.

  IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING CROSS TRAIL 5X, CROSS TRAIL 5 ULTRA AND LR500 LIMITLESS

A problem has been found on a few of the CROSS TRAIL 5X, CROSS TRAIL 5 ULTRA and LR500 LIMITLESS headlamps. The problem happens approximately 7 seconds after the blink mode has been activated and the result is that the battery stops delivering power to the headlamp. If you have encountered this problem you will notice that the battery will not function even though you try to restart the headlamp.

Please note that the battery can be reset and functional in all light modes except in blink mode again by connecting it to a charger via the USB port. Note that even if the battery has been reset, the problem will repeat itself if the lamp is put in blink mode. If you have a headlamp with this problem please contact warranty@silva.se and we will help you with this matter. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused due to this problem.
